This policy explains what ArtiLabs records when you visit artilabs.kr, which cookies we set, how long we keep data, and your rights. We collect the minimum needed to run a company website and to know that real visitors exist. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising.
ArtiLabs (a legally registered business in the Republic of Korea), represented by Lee Seong-in, is the data controller ("개인정보처리자") for this website. Contact: [email protected].
When this page loads and when you leave it, your browser sends a small beacon to our server. We store the following — whether or not you accept cookies — as a server access record for security, abuse prevention and basic audience statistics:

Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Personal Information Protection Act, Art. 15 (1) 6) and the ordinary handling of access logs. The masked address and salted hash are pseudonymised: we cannot reverse them to a person, but they allow us to count repeat visits. They are treated as personal data and kept only for the retention period below.

We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google may receive your IP address when fonts are fetched (see Google Fonts privacy).
Visit records are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Cookies expire as listed above. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up obligations.
We do not sell or share visitor data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or model training.
You may ask us to confirm, access, correct, delete or stop processing personal data about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. Because we do not store full network addresses, we may be unable to link a request to a specific record; where we can (for example via your al_vid value), we will act within 10 business days. You may also delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Transport is encrypted (TLS). Records are stored with masked addresses and hashes only, on access-controlled servers. Vulnerability reports: see /.well-known/security.txt.

처리 근거: 웹사이트 운영·보안을 위한 정당한 이익(개인정보 보호법 제15조 제1항 제6호) 및 통상적 접속기록 처리. 마스킹 주소와 솔트 해시는 가명처리 정보로, 저희가 개인을 역식별할 수는 없으나 재방문 집계에는 쓰입니다. 개인정보로 취급하며 아래 보유기간 동안만 보관합니다.

제3자 분석 도구·광고·추적 픽셀을 쓰지 않습니다. 글꼴은 Google Fonts에서 불러오며 이때 Google이 IP 주소를 받을 수 있습니다(Google Fonts 개인정보).
방문 기록은 12개월 보관 후 삭제합니다. 쿠키는 위 표의 기간에 만료됩니다. 이메일 문의 내용은 처리와 후속 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
그 외 누구에게도 방문자 데이터를 판매·공유하지 않으며 광고·프로파일링·AI 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
[email protected]으로 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 전체 IP를 저장하지 않으므로 요청을 특정 기록과 연결하지 못할 수 있으며, 연결 가능한 경우(예: al_vid 값 제시) 10영업일 내 처리합니다. 브라우저에서 언제든 쿠키를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
전송 구간 암호화(TLS), 마스킹 주소·해시만 저장, 접근통제된 서버 보관. 취약점 신고: /.well-known/security.txt.
